While creating a voucher, you may want to add a discount to help close the sale.
To apply a discount:
- Click the edit icon next to the price of a Customer type for which you would like the discount to apply.
- From this menu, you will have the option to apply a Company discount or a Vendor discount. Discounts will apply to the entire quantity of customers that have been selected.
- Company discount: Originates from within the Company and are often used to ‘close’ a sale.
- Vendor discount: Promotional discounts offered by the Vendor, usually on a limited-time basis.
- Click Save.
Note: To revert to the original pricing, click Reset on the left side of the pop-up window.
